We can offer clients direct contact with locals selling their properties; this will cut out the cost of dealing with an estate agent. We are also able to recommend reputable solicitors, architects and geometra to ensure that purchasing process is simple, clear and straightforward. 

Design & Planning

Being previously employed by the Planning Office, Beppe brings a wealth of knowledge to this complicated area, along with the Architect we as builders will be able to guide clients and deal with the local town hall on any issues which may arise, dear up design and technical plans and to answer any questions you may have.

Building Work and Renovations

We have a reputation in the area for the quality of our work and we have many trades people we work with who share this passion. We can recommend a plumber, electrician, stonemason, carpenter and painter all of whom give excellent quality and building work at competitive prices.

Fitting Out

We can help clients find and source again in the local area, tiles, marble, kitchens, bathrooms and furnishings, and let you know the best places to go to suit your taste and budget.

In all of the above it is important our clients understand and are fully aware of the process.  We offer an English translation service which will make the whole process much more straightforward.

We keep in regular contact with clients through email and by phone, we provide photographs of each stage of the building process to help see how the project is developing.
